Any missed appointment will be charged the FULL fee.

Any appointment cancelled, for reasons other than illness,
with less than four (4) hours notice will be charged a $100 fee.

Any appointment cancelled, for reasons other than illness,
with more than four (4) hours, but less than twenty-four (24) hours will be charged a $50 fee.
