Thank you for your patronage. If at any time you have questions about Rolfingâ structural integration, please call. We are committed both to your health and well-being and to your satisfaction as a client of Rolfingâ Associates of the Triad. Payment is due at the time the service is rendered. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, Master Card & Discover). Our returned check fee is $20. Session length is approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes before the appointment time to get ready for the appointment (restroom, removing and securing jewelry, etc.). Appropriate dress for men during your Rolfingâ session is either a pair of briefs or running shorts. Boxers, biking shorts, long gym shorts, or shorts with zippers or pockets are difficult to work with and are not recommended. We have running shorts to loan you if needed. Appropriate dress for women during your Rolfingâ session is either underpants and bra or running shorts with a bra or tube top. Sports bras, biking shorts, long gym shorts, or shorts with zippers or pockets are difficult to work with and are not recommended. We have loaners available. We have found it impossible to run our office without an enforceable cancellation policy. A copy of the cancellation policy is below. This policy is as generous as we can make it. We may or may not give you a courtesy call to remind you of your appointment. Your agreement to keep your appointment is not contingent upon our reminding you. We enforce our Cancellation Policy and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. Cancellation Policy Any appointment missed or cancelled, for any reason, with less than four (4) hours notice will be charged the FULL fee. Any appointment cancelled, for any reason, with more than four (4) hours, but less than twenty-four (24) hours will be charged a $45 fee.
